Yesterday a crash on Highway of Life's computer caused most of the work files to be lost.
Today, when Highway loaded the backup files onto his restored computer, he realized that he did not retain enough of the backup work files for the TC to recover from this disaster.

As you can imagine, this has dampened the spirits of the STN: TFF team. To make matters worse, personal problems have caused us to officially call this project off.
(Out of respect for the privacy of our team members, we will not discuss the situation here.)
Highway of Life, who had all the ships, and most if not all of the graphics for the TC, (planets, ship sprits, meshes, textures, plugins, and other graphics, etc) lost everything in this unfortunate accident. FunkMaster had many of these same ship sprites, and graphics but with FunkMaster no longer part of the team and out of communication for over a year, the chances of recovering the ship sprites looks grim. Without the sprites and other critical work files, any hope of continuing the TC is now out of the question.

We apologize to all those who have patiently waited for this plug, but after this string of unfortunate events, it appears that STN: TFF was never meant to be. We want to thank everyone for your support and input over the last two and a half years.
